The cell phone contest arrived after Craig W. Ruskaup had recently been promoted to Sales Manager.

Eager and driven to win the contest, Craig successfully motivate the O’Daniel team in collecting enough phones to secure the win and allow O’Daniel to choose the DAV of Allen County as its beneficiary. With that year as the catalyst, each year since Craig hs been working tirelessly in an effort to surpass the proceeds of each year before.

The ODZ Jeep Jam has become so successful-every year they attract more people from further and further away, that like to come and participate in the event!

With the added space and the extreme nature of this new land, we can now accept Jeep trail rigs that are not street legal at one location.

The Kessie farm will still only accept street legal vehicles, but bring law breaking Jeeps to ODZ in the the morning and follow us to our second off road location.

Prizes: One (1) grand prize of half of all money raised from the cornhole tournament will be given. For instance, if 50 teams register at $25 per team, the grand prize would be $625.

Eligibility: The O’Daniel Jeep Jam Cornhole Event is open to any persons 12 years of age or older. Individuals ranked as Super-Pro or Pro Caliber as listed on the American Cornhole Organization website are not eligible to play. Those ranked as semi-pro and amateurs will be permitted.

 Registration: The O’Daniel group will accept team registrations beginning September 25th. Teams will be accepted into the tournament until October 12th or when 50 teams officially register, whichever occurs first. Each team will pay a $25 registration fee before the entry will be accepted. Players must register in teams of two players. Single entries will not be accepted. Registration fees are non-refundable.

 Registration Deadlines: Entries received by mail will be accepted based on the date the entry is received at O’Daniel Auto Group.

 Registration Refunds: Refunds will ONLY be given to teams if they meet one of the criterion listed below:

The tournament reaches 50 teams and your registration was accepted online after that time.

Registration fees will NOT be refunded for any other reason. If a team pays the registration fee and becomes unable to participate at a later date, the registration fee is forfeited.

 Tournament Style: The ODZ Jeep Jam Cornhole Event will be played as a single elimination bracket tournament. On Saturday, October 13th 50 teams will compete in a bracket tournament. During tournament play each team will play their assigned opponent at their assigned time (competitors are chosen at random prior to the tournament) If any team is more than 10 minutes late FOR ANY REASON, the team will forfeit their participation and a stand-by team will be accepted for the remainder of the tournament. Teams will play best-2-out-of-3 games to 21 points. This guarantees each team at least 2 games during the tournament. Players will be responsible for keeping their score using the scoring devices provided at each cornhole game set. There will be no Skunk rule in this tournament.

  Cornhole Game Rules: The ODZ Jeep Jam Cornhole Event will be played and operated by the official cornhole rules as regulated by the American Cornhole Organization (ACO). These rules can be found at www.americancornhole.org. ODZ highly suggests that all players review these rules and be familiar with them prior to playing in our tournament. All ACO game rules will be strictly enforced with the exception of the Skunk rule. Players are responsible for making themselves aware of the scoring, fouls and general game rules associated with Cornhole prior to taking part in the tournament.

The 2012 ODZ JEEP JAM Silent Auction Items

ODaniel is Proud to accounce Walgreens as a sponsor to this years Jeep Jam. Keith Jacobson from Walgreens coordinated with all the local Ft Wayne stores to donate all the water we will need for Jeep Jam.

Keith is also donating a customer made corn hole board and several gift baskets for the silent auction.  He has also allowed local Walgreens to pass out our Jeep Jam Flyers.  It is people like Keith and Busineeses like Walgreens that help make this event such a success.  THANK YOU KEITH! 

Walgreens is offering Mobile Prostate Cancer Screening Saturday, September 29, 2012

  Time-8am-4pm

 Location-Walgreens, Coventry Shopping Center, 9030 US Hwy 24 West Fort Wayne Mobile Vehicle provided by Project Zero

• Screenings will include digital rectal exam and PSA blood test. Dr. George Martin with Northeast Indiana Urology will be performing the screenings and supported by nurses from NEIU(Jamie and Mirna 8-12 and Jen 12-4) and volunteers from Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana (NEIU).
• This screening is made possible due to proceeds from last year’s Great Prostate Cancer Challenge hosted by Project ZERO and NEIU.
• People can call for an appointment, 443-7420 or just come the day of the screening.

Every year there is a lot of time and effort that goes into making the ODZ Jeep Jam a rolling success, and none of it would be possible without all of the support and donations that are made every year!

We would like to extend our warmest thanks at this time to Keith Jacobson from Walgreens who coordinated with local Fort Wayne Walgreens stores to donate all of the bottled water that we will be using at this years ODZ Jeep Jam!

Over the weekend a group of ambitious Jeepers took on the task of creating the ultimate Jeep Jam playground. We are adding a new property to explore this year and you won’t be disappointed. With the help of the largest excavator in Indiana we created some very interesting obstacles. Not to worry there are trails for everyone. This year will add a rock crawling section for those with the desire to test your vehicle to the extreme. Can’t wait for you to come try them out!
